The default language is Chinese, but I need to use English UI for my work,so I downloaded English(US), and restarted countless times,these are the language problems I found below:

(1) Settings sill in Chinese(2) File Explorer still in Chinese(2) Application name still in Chinese(3) Notifications still in Chinese(4) Widgets refresh problem(crash) in Chinese(5) Searchbar in start menu still in Chinese "在此輸入要搜尋的內容"

Deleting the Chinese option still gives the same result.
